I'm in a weird space right now. It's like...Limbo. Yeah. I'm stuck in between two lives and it's making me be two different people. They tend to switch without warning. Makes it hard to focus.

I was going to write a big long entry to purge myself of it, but I really can't be bothered. I'm just sick of waiting. I want to be able to move on.

Been reading Fairy Tail, Claymore and Gintama lately. Oh yeah, and Zombie-Loan. Recommend them all. Pretty kick-ass.

Opposites balance.

So tonight I bust my ass getting my work done early so I could leave at 5pm and go home to cook dinner - roast lamb, super-awesome Erika style. It's Tuesday, which means I've had two dentists in, which naturally means double work, and it's a short week, which means that that workload is basically doubled again. Most of it's just mundane boring shit, but it still needs to be done. I could quite easily have worked until 6pm or later and still not have gotten it done. Anyway, at 5pm after working myself into a migraine and wrenching my knee literally running around getting ready, I call home and say that I'm leaving as planned.

To which I get the reply: "Oh, we've already started it."

Now, don't get me wrong here. I don't mind if somebody else wants to cook on the one day I've promised to do so. Even though I love cooking. Even though this lamb roast is kinda my speciality. What I am pissed off about is working my proverbial nuts off to be a good family member, fucking up knee for the same cause, and losing - potentially - $40 out of my pay which I really fucking need right now because nobody wanted to wait ten minutes for me to be home.

And to cap it all off, I am now so stressed out and angry that I'm not even fucking hungry. I just want to go to bed and hope this fucking fever goes away by tomorrow. Fuck it.

Oh, and the kicker? Almost the exact same thing happened last week. What the fuck am I doing so wrong here? RRRRRGH.
